How does VisitXL pricing work for hosts?
At VisitXL, hosts keep 100% of their set base rate. Instead of charging commission, we add a small markup (typically 10–15%) on top of your listed price, which the guest pays. This means you receive the full amount you set — no deductions, no surprises.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are securely processed through Stripe Connect. Once a guest checks out, funds are transferred directly to your Stripe account — fast, safe, and hassle-free.
Does it cost anything to list my property?
