Does the driver need to carry a license?
Yes. The driver must always carry a valid driving license while operating the vehicle
Are there any driving restrictions?
Yes. The vehicle should not be driven at excessive speed or in a way that causes inconvenience, danger, or obstruction to others.
Who is authorized to drive the vehicle?
Only authorized drivers are permitted. The vehicle should not be given to anyone else without proper authorization.
Who is responsible if the vehicle is damaged in an accident?
The driver is fully responsible for compensation if the vehicle is damaged. Immediate intimation must be given to the nearest police station and the office.
Can smoking or drinking be done in the vehicle?
No. Smoking and consuming liquor in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
What should be done in case of a breakdown?
If the vehicle breaks down, the driver must inform the office immediately. An alternative arrangement will be made if possible.
What happens if the vehicle is returned late?
A fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged for each additional hour of delay.

No. The vehicle must not be used to carry more than the permitted number of passengers.
Who pays for the driver’s food and lodging on long trips?
For long-distance trips, the customer must bear the food and lodging expenses of the driver.
Are tolls and entry permits included in the rental?
No. Customers are responsible for paying toll charges and entry permits.
What are the minimum charges?

Yes. The vehicle will not be provided without advance payment.

No. The vehicle is strictly prohibited for unlawful use.
